Hurt comfort for the win

It was a hurt comfort novel with so much sweetness added to it. It had a hint of kink not very big in the book I would say. The spice level was medium. It talked about a lot of mental health issues and overcoming them. I really enjoyed it , it was heartfelt , romantic at some points and smexy
